The Farm Sports Performance & Fitness (“The Farm,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. If anything below is unclear, write to ryan@thefarmsportsperformance.com. We'll explain in plain English.

What we collect
When you fill out a form, book a session, or sign up as a member, we collect:
- Your name and contact information: email, phone if you provide it.
- Information about your athlete or your fitness goals. Only what you choose to share.
- Payment information once you become a paying client. Processed and stored by Mindbody, not by us.
- Standard web analytics from your visits: pages viewed, approximate location, device type. Used to understand how the site performs. Not to track you across other sites.

How we use it
To do five things:
- Respond to inquiries and book free consults.
- Coach you: programs, schedules, communications about your training.
- Process payments for sessions, packages, and memberships.
- Send occasional Journal entries and program updates. Only if you’ve opted in.
- Improve the website based on aggregated, anonymized usage data.

Who we share with
Only the service providers we use to run the business:
- Mindbody: booking, scheduling, payments, client records. Their privacy policy.
- Resend: delivers the confirmation email to you and the inquiry notification to Ryan. Their privacy policy.
- Vercel: hosting infrastructure for this site.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.
One page is an exception worth naming. The account registration page at /clients/register runs Mindbody’s own registration form. That form is built by Mindbody and loads their analytics providers, Mixpanel and Pendo, which set a cookie identifying your device and record your use of the form. We do not control those providers and we do not receive their data. Everything you type into that form goes directly to Mindbody, not to us. No other page on this site loads them.

Cookies
Minimal. The site uses what’s required to function and to measure general traffic. No behavioral advertising cookies.
The exception is the registration page described above. Mindbody’s form sets its own analytics cookies there, under our domain name. Clearing your browser’s cookies for this site removes them, and no other page sets them.

Your rights
You can:
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or update it.
- Ask us to delete it, subject to record-keeping requirements for past clients.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
To exercise any of these, email ryan@thefarmsportsperformance.com. We respond within 14 days.

Athletes under 18
For athletes under 18, we collect information through a parent or guardian as part of intake. We don’t market to minors. To remove an athlete’s records, email us.

Security
Industry-standard. HTTPS for all data in transit, encrypted storage at our service providers, limited internal access. No system is perfectly secure. We take this seriously.

Changes to this notice
Material updates change the date at the top of this page. Active clients are notified by email. Trivial wording fixes are not announced.
